Bookstore - We carry a large selection of books, audio tapes, CD's and cards for your spiritual and personal development needs. The bookstore is staffed on Sunday mornings and during office hours throughout the week. If the bookstore does not have what you need, shop online at Amazon.com ULV will receive a portion of the final purchase price (remember to visit our website first for the link!)

H.U.G. Meetings: 1st Sunday of the Month (After the Service) - H.U.G. stands for Helping Unity Grow. All are welcome to attend these meetings which increase communications between the congregation, the Board of Trustees and the Minister.

Healing Circle: 2nd Sunday of the Month (After the Service) - Joining hearts and minds together in this way helps to uplift each other and the greater collective.

Board of Trustees Meeting: 2nd Tuesday of the Month (7:30 p.m.) - Please contact the Board President to be included on the agenda.

Choir Practice: Thursday evenings (6:30 p.m.) - New Members are Welcome!

"How to Let God Help You"
Weds.  July 7th  thru Aug 4th 7:00 to 9:00 pm   

Our co-founder Mrytle Fillmore Comes Alive based on her book "How to Let God Help You".  This 5-week course will be taught by Licensed Teacher candidate Joie Barry based on selected compositions of Myrtle Fillmore's most inspired writings.  Participants will gain a deeper appreciation of Myrtle's sage advice on how God is always available to help you with your every need.  Come and learn why Myrtle has been called "the Mother of Unity" and the extent of her involvement in founding the Unity movement and Silent Unity.  Please support Joie on her path to becoming licensed as she brings Myrtle Fillmore to life in a fun and creative atmosphere.  See Joie for a copy of the syllabus or sign up on the sheet on the table in the back of the church.  You won't want to miss this class!

Lessons In Truth
Wednesdays, 7-9pm, August 11-September 8th  
Walk your path to freedom through the understanding of your own spiritual nature and the study and practice of universal spiritual principles. This course is based on the book Lessons in Truth by Dr. H. Emilie Cady, a metaphysician and homeopathic doctor of the nineteenth century.  This course will offer you the tools and techniques that will help you create a happier, more fulfilling life. Your freedom begins here!

 

Metaphysical Interpretation of Scripture
Sunday, August 15th, Noon to 2pm  
A brief overview of the various levels of interpretation and basic interpretation of old and new testament Bible verse and story.  Introduction to fundamental Unity symbols and meaning.

The purpose of this class is to strengthen our ability to inspire compassion from others and to respond compassionately to others and to ourselves.  Please use the sign up sheet on the back table if you would like to participate.  The book by Marshall Rosenberg is available downstairs in the bookstore.

Peace Prayers at the Emmaus Farmer's Market
Sunday, September 12th
10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
On Sunday Sept. 12th join the prayer chaplains just down Main Street at the Emmaus Farmer’s Market after the service.  They will be passing out chalk and asking people to draw or write anything relevant to peace - flowers, hearts, poems, prayers, peace symbols, etc.  Please help promote messages & visions of ‘peace in our lifetime’.
